DEXXO OPTIMO PB RTS
Dexxo Optimo is a garage door operator with a contact force/tractive force of 800N. This system is used for doors with a maximum surface of 10m2.

PHOTOCELLS
Somfy photocells allow the drive to operate in automatic mode.
They allow for automatic closing of the door at the specified time and during the closure they protect against contact with the car or other elements that interrupt the signal connection between the photocells.

Switched on automatically when the garage door is open/closed and switched off after 3 minutes - it illuminates the space inside the garage, making it easier for the user to get in or out of the vehicle.
The drive head.
It consists of a self-locking 24V electromechanical motor with a force of 1000N (the door does not require any additional protection against opening) with a metal gear transmitting the drive from the actuator by means of a chain.

SKRZYDŁO BRAMY
Skrzydło każdej bramy PETECKI wykonane jest z paneli o wysokościach: 500 i 610 mm. Wysokość paneli uzależniona jest od wysokości bramy (w bramie mogą wystąpić panele o różnych wysokościach) lub w niektórych przypadkach panel górny lub dolny może być niższy od pozostałych.

Panele do bram PETECKI są o grubości 40 mm Wykonane są z blachy stalowej ocynkowanej oraz wypełnione są bezfreonową pianką poliuretanową. Panele powlekane są farbami poliestrowymi lub są okleinowane. Specjalnie opracowany kształt paneli zapewnia bezpieczeństwo w czasie użytkowania bramy (uniemożliwia przytrzaśnięcie palców). Współczynnik przenikania ciepła bram PETECKI wynosi Uk = 1,25 W/m2 x K (podana wartość dla bramy o wymiarach 5000x2470 mm). Bramy PETECKI wyposażone są w ocynkowane sprężyny skrętne lub naciągowe. Ich ilość i wielkość zależy od gabarytów bramy. Wytrzymałość sprężyn obliczona jest na 20 000 cykli (jeden cykl to pełne otwarcie i zamknięcie bramy).
OKUCIA / ZAWIASY
Okucia do naszych bram na końcach paneli wykonane są z ocynkowanej stalowej blachy. Zawiasy środkowe i boczne są stalowe, ocynkowane i mocowane wkrętami do paneli. W zawiasach bocznych osadzone są łożyskowane rolki prowadzące skrzydło bramy w prowadnicach.
KONSTRUKCJA NOŚNA / PROWADNICE
Konstrukcja nośna oraz prowadnice wykonane są z elementów stalowych i ocynkowanych. Prowadnice profilowane są na kształt uniemożliwiający wysunięcie poruszających się w nich rolek łożyskowanych. Boczne ościeżnice wyposażone są w uszczelki, do których przylega skrzydło bramy gdy jest ona w pozycji zamkniętej.

PANORAMIC DOORS
The door is made of Full Vision aluminium panels. Bottom panel is a full steel panel. The filling is made of single or double acrylic glass.
SERVICE DOORS
Wicket doors in the door sash as standard with a low 30 mm doorsill. Rail door closer as standard. It is provided with an open position lock. The door is equipped with one lock. It opens only outwards. The standard fitting colour is anodized aluminium. Optionally available in any RAL colour. In combination with the electric drive, it is advisable to use a contactor. The contactor prevents the drive from starting when the door is open. Maximum door size is 1000 x 2500 mm.
Service doors prove to be a perfect solution for improving communication - they help to reduce energy consumption by reducing the losses related to heat exchange when the door is fully open, especially in the winter season. Service doors come in different configurations, it is possible to install an oval or rectangular window, a fully glazed aluminium section, while the colour of the door frame can be matched to the colour of the door or remain in the standard version of the powder-coated silver aluminium.
CHAIN DRIVE
Gate operator for manual operation, gear ratio 1:4. The use of gear mechanism reduces the force required to open the door. The chain locking handle prevents the door from falling down uncontrollably.
BARREL BOLT - DEADBOLT
It is a perfect protection of the door against forcing or burglary.
MICROSWITCH
It is used for instance on a safety device for carrying cables. The microswitch will be activated as soon as the moving element of the safety device becomes loose and the lack of tension in the cable makes it rotate. It can also be used as a limit switch or to secure the position of the transoms. Since it switches off an operating electric drive, it assures perfect protection.
