CHARACTERISTICS
Elements of fire insulation.
Filling elements are made of plasterboards or alternatively cooling inserts and silicate and cement boards. All elements, including expanding strips, are made in accordance with the applicable standards and technical approvals.
Gaskets.
Glass and closing gaskets are made of EPDM synthetic rubber according to DIN7863 and manufacturing standard according to DIN7715 E2 or ISO3302-1. The gaskets are joined together in the process of gluing. Ceramic gaskets are installed between the glass and the steel holders.
When choosing PETECKI fire resistant doors, many investors pay attention to their design and colour, searching for solutions which character and style will match with the interior. Therefore, aluminium profiles for our doors are available in any RAL colour (wood-like and bi-colour). This is relevant since the doors often constitute a connection between two representative parts of the building.
Fire protection glazings
PETECKI fire doors can be used both as external or internal doors. They are available in single-shaft and double-shaft version. Fireproof glazings and glazing beads installed from the inside guarantee aesthetic versatility. In addition, special metal accessories protect the glass during a fire. The safety class of the glass used in our doors is 1/B/1.
Certificates.
PETECKI fire resistant doors are certified for high smoke and heat resistance (Sa and Sm) and fire resistance (EI 60). This number indicates a level of fire resistance of 60 minutes (1 hour). This means that during this time the door will be able to protect the building from penetration of fire.
Hooks.
PETECKI doors are equipped with multifunctional, small but reliable and safe reversible panic door openers type 331, 332. As a result, they not only have a fire protection function, but can also be used as an escape door.
Handle.
Handles in our fire doors meet all the requirements for the installation of panic systems and fire resistant fittings. They are made of stainless steel and installed on oval rosettes.
